Harris Alloys Training Workshop
This will be a hands-on training on aluminum-to-aluminum brazing, copper-to-copper brazing, and the proper safety, setup, and use of oxygen and fuel equipment. Technicians will learn the six fundamental steps for brazing and how to masterly braze and solder techniques for your application. Attendees will receive recommendations for equipment and consumables specific to each operation as well as a NATE Continuing Education Hour Credits for applicable courses

RSD is hosting a KE2 Excellence in Refrigeration Control and Monitoring training. The course will provide a detailed knowledge on KE2's Evaporator Efficiency Family which reduces energy consumption and preserves product energy. It will offer a better understanding of KE2 Communications providing the ability to remotely monitor, control, and receive alarm notifications. There will be a demo on the KE2 Temp + Air Defrost controller on how it simplifies refrigeration controls by combining the functions of a thermostat and defrost timeclock.

Aftermarket PSC/ECM Training
RSD is hosting an aftermarket PSC/ECM motor class. The course will provide a basic understanding of ECM motors and how they operate. It will offer a better understanding of the difference between PSC versus ECM motors. Topics on how to replace a PSC motor with an ECM motor, as well as an OEM motor with an aftermarket ECM for half the price will also be covered.

RSD is hosting an Air-Flow trouble shooting class. We will discuss the basics of unit air flow diagnosis and perform hands on air flow measurements using some of the basic tools used to measure air flow. Technicians will walk away with a better understanding on how to measure static pressure and the ability to use the tools to take the measurements correctly.
